  • Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled
  • Refund policies are determined by individual developers and platform rules
  • License keys must be kept confidential

6. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • We do not store credit card information
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute license keys without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Interfere with the platform's operation
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will be revoked
  • Active licenses may be cancelled
  • Developer balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
